You’ve probably heard the saying, “There is no ‘I’ in TEAM,” and the tagline often put with it, “but there is a ‘ME.’” We would counter the latter statement with, “but you have to take the team apart to get to the “ME.” Therefore, you really don’t have a team after all.
If you visit any of our offices, you will hear the words team and teamwork quite frequently. In fact, we commonly refer to ourselves as the Bone Dry team. We know that in order to provide the standard of roofing solutions we aim for day in and day out teamwork and relationships are required.
Being part of a team means knowing that each person has an assignment or role, and if each person’s tasks are executed well, we succeed as a whole.
This mindset is also vital when working with our customers. In our role in commercial roofing , we work with building owners, property managers, general contractors, roof consultants, architects and other trade contractors on any given project. Teamwork is required to overcome the obstacles and issues that inevitably arise during a construction project. It is key to a successful project. Good communication is the cornerstone to a great project and a great team.
We are proud to be a part of the Bone Dry Roofing team. As we have seen in many sports movies, shows and events, the members of the winning team often say they are more than a team, they are a family.
So, if we may, let me change my first statement in the last paragraph to say that we are proud to be a part of the Bone Dry Roofing Family.
