Heriberto’s Past Experience
Prior to working for Bone Dry Roofing, Heriberto worked in the roofing industry for several years. His years of experience in the industry allowed him to gain an exceptional amount of knowledge and expertise. Heriberto advanced in his career path by demonstrating a superior level of skill and care. He feels the training he has received relating to roofing, safety and management skills has brought him to his current role of Superintendent.
Personal Facts About Heriberto
If Heriberto could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, he would choose his Mom. She passed away a number of years ago, and he would love to see her again to tell her how much he appreciated her. She would certainly be proud of Heriberto and his family.
Religion plays a large role in Heriberto’s life because he uses the Word of God as a guide for his own life. The most recent book he has read is the Bible.
Heriberto is a big supporter of “doing it right the first time.” He also believes it is important to take ownership of one’s own actions, regardless of the outcome.
Heriberto’s Interests
Heriberto defines success as having a healthy family, and he values spending quality time with his own family. They love traveling to the coast together, and often take trips to the beach.
He shows his appreciation for his family by helping prepare meals. Heriberto considers himself a “Grill Master” because he can grill any type of food, especially seafood, pork and beef. If Heriberto could eat anywhere, he would choose home because his wife is also a great cook. In fact, several friends and extended family members often request her authentic Mexican cuisine. Her homemade tortillas are a big favorite!
Heriberto’s Experience At Bone Dry
Bone Dry Roofing has given Heriberto the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Heriberto enjoys mentoring and training new employees to give them the same opportunity for growth.
One of his proudest moments at Bone Dry Roofing was overseeing the UGA Business Learning Center Phase II project earlier this year. This job required Heriberto to utilize all of his years of experience in order to deliver a finished product that was under a very high level of scrutiny. As a result of his oversight and commitment to the entire construction team, Turner Construction recognized Bone Dry Roofing as a 2017 Subcontractor of the Year recipient. The project management team with Turner made it no secret that Heriberto’s role in the project was the single biggest factor in determining this award.
